ASA UPVC Roof Sheet is a new generation of lightweight, eco-friendly building material. It is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and recyclable. Made primarily from resin powder and calcium powder, with the addition of PVC heat stabilizers and CPE, the surface is coated with an ASA ultra-weather-resistant film. This product boasts multiple excellent features, including being lightweight, high-strength, waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, fire-retardant, soundproof, and thermally insulated. It is widely used for flat-to-pitched roof conversions in development zones, farmers' markets, workshops, warehouses, shopping malls, residential communities, high-end villas in new rural developments, rain shelters, sunshades, and traditional-style buildings.
Product Advantages
ASA Upvc roof sheet are made from high-quality, weather-resistant engineering resin. ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate), a copolymer of styrene, acrylonitrile, and acrylic rubber, enhances durability. In a xenon lamp test, commonly used to simulate prolonged exposure to sunlight, ASA materials showed no significant discoloration or degradation even after 1,000 to 2,000 hours of testing.
The surface of ASA Upvc roof sheet is dense and smooth, which prevents dust accumulation. With a "lotus leaf effect," rainwater washes away dirt, keeping the tiles clean and free of streaks after rainfall.
ASA Upvc roof sheet have excellent impact resistance, even in low temperatures. A 1 kg steel hammer dropped from a height of 1.5 meters does not cause any cracks. After 10 freeze-thaw cycles, the tiles remain free from bulging, bubbling, peeling, or cracking.
ASA Upvc roofing can withstand immersion in salt, alkali, and acids with concentrations below 60% for two hours without any chemical reactions. This makes it especially suitable for regions exposed to acid rain or coastal environments where corrosion risks are higher.
ASA Upvc roof sheet have received China’s Environmental Labeling Product Certification. At the end of their service life, the tiles can be fully recycled, contributing to environmental sustainability.

1. Resin Powder: The full name is "Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Resin Powder," one of the most widely produced synthetic polymer plastics in the world, ranking third globally. It is the primary raw material used in the production of UPVC roof tiles.
2. Calcium Powder: Also known as "Ultrafine Calcium Carbonate," we use high-purity materials with whiteness between 96-98 and calcium content of over 97%. It mainly functions to enhance the support structure of the tiles.
3. ASA Ultra Weather-Resistant Film: Applied as a surface coating on synthetic resin tiles, it enhances the weather resistance, anti-aging, and chemical corrosion resistance of the tiles. It also improves the tiles' self-cleaning properties, toughness, and UV resistance, ensuring long-lasting vibrant colors.
4. PVC Heat Stabilizer: Used to reduce decomposition during the melting of resin powder and improve the overall processing performance of the resin.
5. CPE or ACR Impact Modifier: These additives are used to enhance the impact resistance of the resin tiles, improving their toughness and durability.
6. Stearic Acid: Functions as an internal lubricant during the processing of synthetic resin tiles, improving the smoothness of the process.
7. PE Wax: Serves as an external lubricant in the production of synthetic resin tiles, assisting in the release and smooth surface finish of the tiles.
8. Titanium Dioxide (TiO2): Increases the whiteness, opacity, and UV resistance of the tiles, contributing to improved appearance and durability. This optimized version highlights the functionality of each component used in the production of UPVC roof tiles, focusing on quality and performance improvements.
